Incorporation of AME in the State of Delaware as a subsidiary of Aladdin Petroleum Corporation based in Wichita, Kansas by George H. Bruce;

AME is granted exploration licenses in Turkey and becomes a petroleum right holder;

AME drills its first well in Turkey “GIRDARA-1”;

Oyman Sayer becomes a partner in AME. At this date AME is operating only one drilling rig in Turkey, a Bethlehem M58-C;

AME makes its first oil discovery in Yasince-2 well in Diyarbakir region, SE Turkey;

AME starts crude oil sales to MOBIL in Turkey;

AME establishes partnership with Adolf H. Lundin led companies (IPC- International Petroleum Corp.) for projects in Turkey;

AME acquires and becomes the Operator of Kahta oil field from Ersan Petrol Sanayii A.S. And boosts heavy oil production from this field;

AME brings Wintershall A.G. and Huffco (Roy M. Huffington Inc.) to Turkey as JV partners;

AME acquires two drilling rigs, National T-20, National T-32 and a Cardwell work-over rig. At this date the rig count is four;

Under a partnership with Bunker Hunt, AME brings PLACID OIL as a JV partner to Turkey. Under the same agreement AME brings a National 1320 drilling rig to Turkey with PENROD Drilling.

AME drills its first well for MOBIL in Turkey in the Selmo field;

AME brings its fifth drilling rig to Turkey, an IDECO H-1000 RAMBLER, in partnership with CHALLENGER DRILLING.;

AME brings ARDPET (TUSKAR RESOURCES Plc.) under a very extensive JV partnership to Turkey;

AME brings NESTE OY (National Oil Company of Finland) to Turkey as a JV partner;

AME enters into partnership with UNOCAL in Exploration projects in Turkey;

After SHELL revokes KCA’s drilling contract in Turkey after 20 years of service, AME takes over KCA in Turkey with all of its assets including two National 80B drilling rigs equipped and built to operate under SHELL specifications;

AME boosts drilling contracting services to MOBIL in Turkey with expanded rig inventory. AME is operating 8 rigs in Turkey in 1990;

AME brings FOREST OIL and MONUMENT OIL Plc. as JV partner;

AME discovers Zeynel oil field in Adiyaman region, SE Turkey;

AME discovers Nemrut oil field in Adiyaman region, SE Turkey;

AME brings COPLEX RESOURCES Plc. as JV partner to Turkey;

AME discovers Hasancik oil fields in Adiyaman region;

AME assumes Operatorship of the Bulgurdag oil field from Mobil in the Adana region;

AME’s production in the Bulgurdag field reaches 300 barrels per day;

AME brings MOL Rt. (Hungarian National Oil Company) as JV partner to Turkey;

AME continues to develop Adiyaman oil fields and production reaches 1000 barrel per day for the first time;

After SHELL revokes DEUTAG’s drilling contract in Turkey, AME takes over two drilling rigs equipped and built to operate under SHELL specifications, a Wilson 75 and a Cooper rig and the rig inventory exceeded ten rigs for the first time;

AME discovers light oil in Karakilise-1 well in Diyarbakir, SE Turkey;

AME brings TETHYS OIL A.B. to Turkey as JV partner;

AME brings JKX Oil & Gas Plc. to Turkey as JV partner;

AME brings MELROSE RESOURCES Plc. to Turkey as JV partner;

AME drills its first well in Egypt for BURREN ENERGY Plc. solely as a drilling contractor;

AME drills another well in Egypt for EDISON.

AME discovers Arpatepe oil field in SE Turkey, the first oil field producing from Paleozoic reservoir in foreland basin of SE Turkey;

AME starts drilling operations in Israel as a drilling contractor;

AME brings EXILE RESOURCES and VALEURA as JV partners to Turkey;

AME re-structures and exits drilling contracting business and transforms solely into an Exploration and Production company under an expanded Board;

AME was awarded exploration licenses in SE Turkey, after the restructuring of the Company;

Leading petroleum industry investor, 4D Global Energy, becomes a partner and invests in AME.

AME drills E. Sadak-1 Exploration Well in its Eruh Exploration License #5019;

2014 – AME discovers oil at E. Sadak-1 Exploration Well in its Eruh Exploration License #5019 and puts the well on test production in January.The oil is the lighest crude oil ever discovered in Turkey to date, being 43 API gravity.

AME discovers oil at Petek-1 Exploration Well in Karakilise Exploration License #2677 and puts the well on production on test production in February as an artesian well;

AME discovers oil at Basakli-1 Exploration Well in Altinakar Exploration License #2674 and puts the well on production in July 2014.

AME completed the refurbishment of its new drilling IDECO 725 rig in Abilene, Texas. The rig was brought to Turkey to perform back to back drilling in AME’s new oil fields.The rig is a 725 HP rig with top drive and is capable of drilling to sufficient depths in existing fields operated by AME.

Cement Unit and Swabbing Unit started to operate in the field
