Siirt Governor Dr. Kemal Kızılkaya visited our Oymantepe Field.
On 03-May-2024 (Friday) Siirt Governor Dr. Kemal Kızılkaya visited the East Sadak (Oymantepe) Oilfield operated by Aladdin Middle East Ltd. and received a briefing about the ongoing activities.
Governor Kızılkaya emphasized that the current atmosphere of peace and security enabled to unearth the wealth at the region both at surface and subsurface. The Governor also thanked the representatives of Aladdin Middle East. Ltd. and local security forces. Mentioning that there is an ongoing effort to increase the production from existing oil wells, the Governor made the following comments “We are at an oilfield with 200 bbl daily production. It gives all us great pleasure to observe that the production, prosperity and recovery of our national resources is coming into the picture based on the current atmosphere of peace and security achieved by bringing the terror in the region to its knees. As a result of ongoing efforts, in the near future our city will observe much higher amounts of crude oil production both from this field and from nearby fields. We will all live through those positive developments with the prosperity to be provided from those achievements.“
Kahramanmaras Earthquake
We are deeply sorry about the major earthquake that occurred in Kahramanmaras and neighboring cities which has claimed many lives, injured others and caused substantial damage to property.
We wish to extend our sincere condolences to our fellow citizens and their families who have lost their loved ones and wish a speedy recovery to the injured.
